Hours of Operation

ETC’s regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students may be scheduled outside the regular operating hours to accommodate student or instructor needs.

Snow/Inclimate Weather

ETC Preparatory Academy will follow school closure for snow according to Mercer Island School District. Please listen to local radio and television stations for this information.

Classes are automatically canceled and not charged if the student’s school or school district delays or cancels classes or if Mercer Island School District delays or cancels school. Students who attend ETC Preparatory Academy as their primary school, but live in an outlying district that has cancelled classes will not be expected to attend classes even though Mercer Island School District schools may not be cancelled. Listen for early morning radio and television reports or call the school later in the day. Students attending ETC for classes attending school outside of Mercer Island School District are expected to communicate with their instructors if their school district has cancelled classes and they will not be attending ETC.
